History
FestForAll has a distinguished 30-year history garnering a reputation
as one of Louisiana’s premier arts events attended by thousands.
FestForAll was begun in 1973, at the request of the Mayor’s
office, to celebrate our community’s cultural diversity through
the arts. In 2003 after a brief hiatus and in response to public demand,
this most popular Baton Rouge festival returned under the direction
of the original presenter, the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge.
