The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge and 225 Magazine announce the Sunday in the Park Concert Series for Spring 2012.  Sunday in the Park is a series of FREE concerts held in Town Square at North Boulevard, Downtown Baton Rouge.  The concerts are held from noon until 3pm on Sunday afternoons in April and the first two weeks of May.    For more information click HERE

River City Jazz Masters

The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge in collaboration with the River City Jazz Coalition is proud to announce the River City Jazz Masters 2011-2012 season. The Listening Room

The Listening Room is a series of jazz concerts presented in the Hartley/Vey Studio Theatre at the Shaw Center for the Arts.  These not-to-be-missed jazz shows will feature nationally and internationally known acts in two performances  each at 7 and 9PM. Seating is limited, so RSVP early.  Reservations are recommended and reserved tickets are $10 each.  Remaining seats at showtime will be released on a "pay-what-you-can" basis.   Click here for more information.
