Community of Note

The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge proudly supports Community of Note—a new program created by classical musician and teaching artist Jena Vangjel. Community of Note organizes monthly musical performances, engaging the community at the Capital Area Alliance for the Homeless. The Capital Area Alliance for the Homeless serves as the continuum of care for the Louisiana parishes of Ascension, East & West Baton Rouge, East & West Feliciana, Iberville, and Pointe Coupee.   From its inception, CAAH members have worked together as a community to strategically enhance services available to individuals who become homeless by coordinating resources available through non-profit organizations and governmental entities like the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge.

ALL EVENTS ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, AND WILL TAKE PLACE AT 153 N. 17TH STREET IN BATON ROUGE.
