Decentralized Arts Funding

Decentralized Arts Funding (DAF) Grants are currently available to organizations in the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge’s 11-parish service region. Applicants may submit a grant proposal in one of two categories – Organizational Support, or Project Assistance.

The Arts Council will host a Technical Assistance Workshop for the DAF Grant on Tuesday, May 2 from 3:00-4:00pm at the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge at 427 Laurel Street, Baton Rouge. A webinar will be posted online for those unable to attend the workshop.

On behalf of the Louisiana Division of the Arts, the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge administers this grant for the following parishes: Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, Washington, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana.

Applicants may submit a grant proposal in one of two categories – organizational support, which funds general operating expenses of arts organizations, or project assistance, which supports the artistic costs of any non-profit presenting arts programming.
