Our internship program allows students to receive tangible work experience in our professional non-profit office space. The goal is to ensure that students can obtain soft skills, interviewing skills, and accountability training. 

Learning and Innovation

The ARTSBR Internship program is designed to provide participants with professional communication and leadership skills needed to excel in their current internship and as they launch their career in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. The program is designed with the following objectives in mind:

 Critical thinking and problem solving

 Creativity and innovation

 Communication and collaboration

Selection

Participants’ requirements include:

 Age 16+

 Current enrollment in a high school, college or university

 An interest and enthusiasm for the arts and community building
