Julio Naudin

Visual Artist

Visit Site

Julio Naudin is a full-time artist originally from Mexico who has called Louisiana home since 2001, now based in Baton Rouge. His creative journey began while painting his way through college at the University of Texas at El Paso, alongside work as a graphic artist in the newspaper industry.

Drawing inspiration from his Mexican heritage and the many places he has lived—including El Paso, Northern Nevada, Washington, D.C., and Louisiana—Julio creates portraits, landscapes, and impressionist still lifes using oil, collage, and mixed media. He regularly participates in regional art shows and accepts commissioned work.

Mike Weary

Visual Artist

Visit Site

Mike Weary is a self-taught artist born, raised, and based in South Louisiana—though his work often takes him on the road. He specializes in live wedding paintings, original expressionist works, and commissioned pieces, and is widely known as “the guy who paints upside down.”

When he’s not in the studio or painting at a wedding, Mike spends his time with his wife, Maia, and their two children, Ezra and Evie.
