Louisiana Project Grants
Louisiana Project Grants (LPG), formerly the Decentralized Arts Funding program (DAF), solely fund project assistance for innovative, community-based arts projects that will have a lasting community impact. LPG is administered jointly by the Louisiana Division of the Arts (LDOA) and the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge.
LPG grants are available to eligible applicants domiciled in one of the ten parishes represented by the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge. Grant amounts range from $2,500 to $7,500.
The FY25 LPG application period opens on May 4, 2026 and closes at 5pm central time on June 12, 2026. Funded activities must occur between October 1, 2026 and September 30, 2027.

Managing Your Grant
All applications, final reports, and other grant award materials must submitted through the platform, Submittable.
LPG Grantees are required to display the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge, the Louisiana Division of the Arts, and the National Endowment for the Arts logos and the following credit statement on all print materials, social media, and website communication: “Supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council, as administered by the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge, Inc. Funding has also been provided by the National Endowment for the Arts.”
